"Latteria di Campogalliano" dairy

began life as "Caseificio di Via Reggio" (de facto company)

In 1972 it underwent a radical transformation with the abandonment of the old premises in via San Martino and the construction of the majority of the current buildings in a more internal position

This was followed by a series of modernisation works that took the production capacity from 10 boilers in 1972 to the current 45 boilers, enabling it to produce over 100 rounds a day

IN THE HEART OF THE DISTRICT

Bordering the province of Reggio Emilia, it is located in the geographical centre, in the heart, of the district of "Parmigiano Reggiano"

In respect of the finest artisan tradition, the production processes include all of the innovations that today make it possible to produce an increasingly safer, controlled and guaranteed product
